Description
Number-two role at our Etobicoke store (14,000 sq ft, team of 22, $14M annual revenue). You'd partner with the Store Manager on scheduling, P&L reviews, new-hire training, and opening / closing procedures.
We promote almost entirely from within — most of our Regional Managers were floor associates 5 years ago. This is a growth role for someone ready to run their own store within 18–24 months.
You'd need
- 3+ years in retail, with at least 1 in a supervisor / key-holder role
- Consumer electronics category knowledge (not optional — our product is complex)
- Comfort reading a weekly P&L and having a candid conversation about it
- Nights + weekend availability (you'll swap with the SM)
