Electronics Sales Associate — Toronto Flagship

Join our flagship Yonge Street store as an Electronics Sales Associate. You'll be the face of Cosmos — helping customers pick the right TV, laptop, headphones, or smart-home kit based on what they actually need (not what's highest-margin). What you'll do - Greet shoppers on the floor and qualify their needs in plain language - Demo products with confidence — we'll train you on weekly updates - Pair customers with our install / service team when relevant - Process sales on POS, handle returns + exchanges courteously - Keep the department clean, priced, and merchandised to spec You bring - Passion for consumer tech (you already read reviews for fun) - Comfort talking to strangers for 8 hours - Availability for evenings + at least one weekend day - No commission-selling experience required — we pay base + optional commission
